WEBSITE INFORMATION
Privacy and contact information
How project inquiries, voicemail and optional website analytics are handled.
Details you choose to send
The project form asks for your name, callback number, property ZIP code, selected service and contact permission. Town and project notes are optional. Send only details relevant to the gutter inquiry; avoid payment details or other sensitive information.
Form delivery and follow-up
Vercel processes the form server-side. Resend sends the inquiry to the site owner, Shayne Sherman, for follow-up, and the message is stored in the owner's mailbox. The form does not create a customer account. A request does not book work or confirm a provider, price or schedule.
To ask about your information or an earlier request, use the contact form or leave a voicemail at (574) 365-6325. Inquiry messages and recordings do not have a fixed automatic deletion period configured by this website; contact the site owner with a deletion or correction request.
Voicemail
The listed number uses Plivo voicemail. The greeting invites you to leave a message. Available caller information and a private recording link are emailed to the site owner. Plivo provides voice service and recording storage. Do not include payment information or unrelated sensitive details in a voicemail.
Optional website analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits, clicks on the phone link and successful form submissions. Phone-link clicks do not establish that a call connected, and a submitted inquiry is not a booked job. Analytics receives the page path and event type; the form's names, phone numbers, ZIP codes and project notes are not included in those events. Automatic form tracking and advertising signals are disabled.
Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. Your browser stores your choice. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change it; declining keeps the contact form and phone links available. Google may set analytics cookies after consent. Google privacy information.
Maps and outside links
The service-area map loads from OpenStreetMap and shows local geography, without an office pin or a guaranteed service boundary. Loading it or following an outside link connects your browser to that provider, which has its own data practices. Confirm service availability for your address separately.
